2.把上面所有原料放在一起。
3.放一勺酸奶来给面包增香，因为酸奶里有香精。
4.把面团用筷子搅拌一下。
5.接下来的2个小时开始折叠面团，每20分钟折叠一次，方法看这里。
6.2个小时后开始发酵到面团2倍大。
7.不揉面团，黄油提前放还是有膜的，当然没有面包机或者厨房机那么好的膜。

8.把面团整形好后放入土司盒发到土司盒的三分之二。整形方法见这里。烤箱160
度，30分钟，中途加锡纸。
香喷喷的土司出炉了。
切开来看一下，专业来讲，自然没有手揉或者面包机揉面的土司
卖相好，组织没有那么细腻，底部有沉积。
但是味道呢？告诉你，一样好！一点差别也没有。如果说有差
别，那么大师当然能吃出来。我加了酸奶，给土司增
加了香味。味道非常不错。
我其实放了700克面粉，做了两个土司，多余的做小面包。
这是俊俏的鹅脸蛋面包啊哈哈！当早点啊真的很不错。
鸡蛋液刷多了，哈哈，面包变成亚光了啊！
