4、把文件后辍从.txt改成.reg，提示修改时点确定。如果文件件名没有显示后辍，就按图中所示，勾选显示已知文件名后辍，如果是win7/xp系统，依次按下alt, T, O即可打开。
5、最后双击运行这个注册表文件即可，重新打开Outlook、Excel、Word等，会发现问题已经解决
