1、通常是右键菜单（默认有）优化过度引起的右键新建子项中没有文件夹选项。
2、在【开始】→【运行】中输入： regedit 按回车键之后，打开注册表编辑器。
3、依次定位到：HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\New备注：找Directory项目比较南难，有一个便捷的方法，点击键盘的D键，注册表就能跳转到D字当头的项目，这样就比较好找了。
4、找到后，看右边的窗口默认值的数值数据是不是（不是就改）：{D969A300-E7FF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719}
5、如果这个方法也不能解决问题，说明不是这个项值有问题引起的故障，可以如下操作：使用鼠标右键点击桌面空白处，在弹出的菜单中点选新建→文本文档。

7、然后双击这个注册表文件→是。
8、成功注入，即可生效。
9、造成故障的原因是使用了优化软件所致，或者使用不当的（操作系统不一样犬匮渝扮）注册表修改文件导致的。所以，更改注册表之前，最好对注册表备份一下，以便需要的时候还原之。
